5-8 years instructional design experience
Experience with GenAI tools and resources
Knowledge of web application development
Understanding of HTML XML CSS technologies
Agile methodologies and JIRA familiarity

Experience with Madcap Xyleme authoring tools
Proficiency in Figma Vyond or Camtasia
Deep understanding of DevOps practices
