Job Summary
The Fleet Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day maintenance activities of a fleet of over 300 vehicles, managing a team of 8–12 skilled technicians.
The Fleet Operations Manager will be instrumental in maintaining high standards of safety, compliance, performance, minimizing vehicle downtime, while also driving continuous improvement to the fleet management team.
Travel regularly to garage locations to engage with team and perform site assessments (expected to visit each garage once per month).
