Job Summary

• This role will counsel on matters related to privacy, cybersecurity, data use, and technology matters, and partner closely with Pharmacy, Clinical and Pharmacy Benefits Management, Data & Analytics, Sales, Account Management, and Internal Audit.
• Key Responsibilities include providing counsel related to advanced data use and acquisition, managing complex legal issues and risk related to data analytics, AI, and emergent technologies, and supporting privacy aspects of technology relationships.

Base: 157,100 - 261,800 USD / yearly; Bonus/Equity: Annual bonus and long term incentive plan; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package
