Must-have
15+ years investment industry experience
Deep understanding of alternative investments
Private equity and private credit knowledge
Manager due diligence and risk evaluation
Strategic thinking and stakeholder management
Nice-to-have
MBA or CFA/CAIA designation preferred
Experience with third-party technology platforms
Strong presentation and communication skills
Collaborative mindset in cross-functional teams
Key Requirements
Undergraduate or graduate degree in Business, Finance, or Economics
15+ years of experience in the investment industry
