Must-have

  • Strong front-line operational leadership experience
  • Manage complex projects or programs of work
  • Proactive customer management and relationship building
  • Budget, schedule, quality, scope, and risk management
  • Integrated Platform Team (IPT) leadership

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with Systems Engineering and Technology projects
  • Waterfall and Agile planning approach expertise
  • Strong experience managing risk per ISO 31000
  • Management of project financials
  • Ability to identify gaps in end user experience

Key Requirements

  • Must be an Australian Citizen
  • Ability to obtain/maintain Australian Defence Security Clearance
  • Project Management qualification or equivalent proven experience
  • Willingness to work 5 days on site at RAAF Base Williamtown or Edinburgh
