  • Under the direction of the Director of Care, the ADOC leads and provides oversight for assigned clinical areas as per Extendicare’s model of care and collaborates with other members of the care team to ensure exceptional resident centered care and best practices are consistent with Extendicare, Accreditation standards, and all regulations.
