Job Summary
The Assistant Director of Care (ADOC) is a highly skilled leader who contributes to Extendicare’s purpose of Helping People Live Better by supporting and leading a high-performing team dedicated to delivering safe, high-quality, and compassionate care to all residents.
Under the direction of the Director of Care, the ADOC leads and provides oversight for assigned clinical areas as per Extendicare’s model of care and collaborates with other members of the care team to ensure exceptional resident centered care and best practices are consistent with Extendicare, Accreditation standards, and all regulations.
