The SHEQ Advisor will be responsible for implementing and facilitating Helios Towers’ SHEQ strategy within the OpCo and across the supply chain.
The role involves supporting ISO certification and compliance activities, conducting risk assessments, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen safety culture.

Implementing SHEQ policies and standards
Conducting risk assessments and mitigation
Monitoring and reporting non-conformities
Supporting ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 compliance
Coordinating with contractors and stakeholders
Driving continuous safety culture improvement

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Police Sciences or related discipline
Minimum 5 years’ experience in SHEQ role in construction or infrastructure
NEBOSH International General Certificate or equivalent
IRCA-approved lead auditor training or equivalent
Fluency in French and English
Practical knowledge of Madagascar operating environment
