  • 5+ years client-facing production support experience
  • Corporate actions and asset servicing domain knowledge
  • SQL and PL/SQL proficiency for data analysis
  • Incident management following ITIL best practices
  • Experience with SWIFT messaging standards

  • DevOps toolsets like Jenkins and Terraform

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial services production support
  • ITIL v3 or v4 Foundation certification preferred
  • Direct experience with income and voluntary corporate actions
  • Working knowledge of securities reference data management
