Job Summary
Serve as the primary contact point for Salesforce’s largest and highest-profile customers in the Life Sciences segment, focusing on aligning Salesforce capabilities to business outcomes.
Build strong multidisciplinary relationships with Sales, Engineering, and Product Management to lead and coordinate customer relationships for success and revenue opportunities.
Act as an advocate for customers during the triage and resolution of high-severity cases, assisting with timely resolution of issues and ensuring all collaborators understand the value of Signature Success.
