Job Summary

  • Serve as the primary contact point for Salesforce’s largest and highest-profile customers in the Life Sciences segment, focusing on aligning Salesforce capabilities to business outcomes.
  • Build strong multidisciplinary relationships with Sales, Engineering, and Product Management to lead and coordinate customer relationships for success and revenue opportunities.
  • Act as an advocate for customers during the triage and resolution of high-severity cases, assisting with timely resolution of issues and ensuring all collaborators understand the value of Signature Success.
