Job Summary
Provide hands-on technical assistance across traditional end-user environments and mission-critical Test Cell operations.
Diagnose, repair, and replace a wide range of hardware including PCs, laptops, peripherals, printers, and plotters.
Collaborate closely with engineers, calibration teams, operators, IT groups, and third-party vendors to ensure maximum uptime and reliable test operations.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Troubleshoot PCs, laptops, peripherals
Repair device and component failures
Execute device imaging and configuration
Support engineering software and applications
Collaborate with IT and vendors
Manage ServiceNow tickets
Adhere to safety and data policies
Nice-to-have
Experience in lab or test cell environments
Proficient in MAC, Linux Ubuntu
Understanding of client server hardware
Experience with calibration workflows
Understanding of LAN/WAN infrastructure
Key Requirements
Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience
Ability to follow standardized procedures
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
