Job Summary

  • Provide hands-on technical assistance across traditional end-user environments and mission-critical Test Cell operations.
  • Diagnose, repair, and replace a wide range of hardware including PCs, laptops, peripherals, printers, and plotters.
  • Collaborate closely with engineers, calibration teams, operators, IT groups, and third-party vendors to ensure maximum uptime and reliable test operations.
