Key Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 5 years' facility maintenance experience
  • Commercial HVAC experience preferred
  • Previous supervisory experience
  • Universal CFC license a plus
  • Familiarity with building automation systems
  • Contract/Vendor administration skills
  • Basic accounting and budgeting knowledge
