Responsibilities include leading and developing a global technology strategy for GBS, building business cases for technology projects, facilitating communication between business and IT teams, and ensuring alignment of IT strategies with business goals.
The role requires providing transparency about IT support processes, identifying areas for improvement, setting clear expectations with stakeholders, and developing relevant Support KPIs and metrics for GBS.
