The role involves assisting residents with personal care, mobility, meals, and creating a warm and positive environment throughout the unit.

Resident daily care assistance
Use of PCC for resident information
Maintain confidentiality of health information
Assist with mobility and positioning
Perform restorative and rehabilitative procedures
Report incidents and changes in condition
Assist with personal hygiene and grooming

Cooperate with inter-departmental personnel
Assist with end-of-life and post-mortem care

Key Requirements
High school education or equivalent
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products
Ability to read and interpret technical and business documents
Ability to write reports and correspondence
Ability to apply basic mathematical concepts
Ability to solve practical problems with limited standardization
