Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws including training ambassadors; planning, assigning and directing work; Access performance; rewarding and disciplining ambassadors; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Key Requirements
At least 18 years of age
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous Assistant Supervisor experience at a theme park preferred
Strong basic math and cash handling skills
Basic knowledge of computers
Basic knowledge of financial terms
Able to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
