Manage operational aspects of injection molding, assembly lines, metallization, and warehouse logistics.
Lead a diverse team of approximately 400 employees, including management, engineers, and maintenance staff.
Implement Lean Manufacturing principles to enhance efficiency and achieve key performance indicators like OEE and OTIF.
