The ideal candidate should have at least three years of patent docketing experience and strong communication skills, with proficiency in docketing systems and patent law

Job Summary

  • The primary responsibility is to ensure all patent prosecution activities are accurately and timely entered into the docketing system in accordance with U.S. and international patent law.
  • This position offers a flexible hybrid office schedule based in Rahway, NJ, requiring three days in-office and two days remote.
