The ideal candidate should have at least three years of patent docketing experience and strong communication skills, with proficiency in docketing systems and patent law
Job Summary
The primary responsibility is to ensure all patent prosecution activities are accurately and timely entered into the docketing system in accordance with U.S. and international patent law.
This position offers a flexible hybrid office schedule based in Rahway, NJ, requiring three days in-office and two days remote.
