Coordinate and participate in the recruiting and hiring of staff, process employment documentation, and coordinate payroll and employee benefit programs.
Plan, conduct, and document required drills, organize in-service education programs, and maintain records as required by regulations.
Supervise staff, provide direct resident/patient care, and coordinate infection control surveillance.
