Must-have
Valid current RN license required
Two years RN experience minimum
One year behavioral health experience
CPR certification and de-escalation training
Staff scheduling and supervision duties
Medication administration and inventory management
Nice-to-have
BSN degree preferred
Certified in Psychiatric Nursing
Veterans and military spouses encouraged
Experience with QI reports and data collection
Mentoring and training staff capabilities
Key Requirements
Graduation from accredited school of nursing
Valid current RN license from state or compact state
Two or more years RN experience required
One or more years behavioral health experience required
CPR certification and de-escalation training required
One or more years supervisory experience preferred
