Job Summary
We are seeking an Advisor, Rolling Stock Training to play a key role in ensuring our Rolling Stock workforce is competent, compliant and future‑ready.
In this role, you will design, develop and coordinate rolling stock training programs (in‑house and outsourced) and develop and manage annual training plans aligned to operational and legislative requirements.
You will liaise with operational leaders, subject matter experts, RTOs and external providers and support audits, investigations and corrective actions where training gaps are identified.
