Job Summary

  • We are seeking an Advisor, Rolling Stock Training to play a key role in ensuring our Rolling Stock workforce is competent, compliant and future‑ready.
  • In this role, you will design, develop and coordinate rolling stock training programs (in‑house and outsourced) and develop and manage annual training plans aligned to operational and legislative requirements.
  • You will liaise with operational leaders, subject matter experts, RTOs and external providers and support audits, investigations and corrective actions where training gaps are identified.

  • Ability to schedule training across shift-based operations
  • Experience maintaining training records and LMS data
  • Experience with audits and compliance frameworks
