Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of your job position is to ensure adequate and appropriate staffing of the facility nursing department to meet the needs of the residents based on budget, census, and as may be directed by facility administration.
  • Assist in record-keeping and documentation of attendance and tardiness for employee performance appraisals and confirm license/certification and current standing with state approved agencies for all new hires prior to orientation date.
  • Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 25 pounds to a minimum height of 5 feet and be able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet.
