Job Summary
The Senior Member Services Officer will assist in resolving member issues and complaints across all delivery channels while evaluating loan applications.
This role requires acting as a mentor to less experienced staff and assisting with the supervision of the Member Services Officer area.
Candidates must complete the Consumer Lending Program courses with a passing score on the CLP Exam within 6 months of hire.

Must-have
4 years directly related experience
Consumer Lending Program certification within 6 months
Independent research and resolution of member complaints
Loan approval authority within lending limits
Mentorship and training of less experienced staff
Nice-to-have
Bachelor's degree or Associate degree via NC-CTP
Certified Credit Union Executive Certification
Basic Financial Advisory knowledge
Real Estate Services referral capability
Community event organization skills
Key Requirements
High school diploma or GED equivalent required
Minimum 4 years directly related experience strongly preferred
Completion of Consumer Lending Program (CLP) courses within 6 months
Completion of Core Module Program within 12 months
Demonstrated ability to train others and serve as a mentor
