The role supports ADDX's MAS-regulated capital markets platform by covering a broad remit across commercial, regulatory, and transactional matters.
Candidates will draft and negotiate commercial agreements while advising on day-to-day legal queries under the SFA, FAA, and PSA.
The position offers direct exposure to senior management and autonomy to run matters independently with active mentorship from the VP, Legal.
