Key Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Four years trades experience plus two years as Combination Inspector II
  • State Plumbing Inspector License
  • ICC Residential and Building Inspector Certifications
  • Valid Class C Texas driver's license
  • State Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Certified Technician preferred
  • State Electrical License preferred
  • Obtain ICC Residential and Commercial Electrical Inspector Certification within one year
