Job Summary

  • Serve as the contract administrator and technical authority on projects governed by FIDIC contract forms, ensuring fair and impartial implementation of contract provisions while maintaining project quality, schedule, and budget objectives.
  • Administer FIDIC contracts (Red, Yellow, Silver books) as Engineer/Employer's Representative, making determinations in accordance with contract terms and issuing instructions to contractors.
  • Review technical submittals, monitor construction quality, conduct inspections, and approve work certification in accordance with contract specifications and industry standards.
