Job Summary

  • This role provides senior technology leadership for the design, delivery, and ongoing management of enterprise-scale data management, analytical reporting, AI-enabled solutions, and Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) capabilities in support of our Canadian Wealth Management businesses.
  • The leader acts as a platform owner and trusted advisor to business and technology stakeholders, ensuring platforms enable high-quality client and advisor experiences, actionable insights, and strong regulatory compliance.

Key Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in senior technology leadership roles
  • Deep expertise in AWS-based data, analytics, and AI platforms
  • Strong experience delivering Salesforce platforms, with preference for Financial Services Cloud
  • Proven ability to integrate Salesforce with enterprise data and analytics ecosystems
  • Strong understanding of wealth regulatory expectations, data governance, and operational risk
  • Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
