Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this position is to lead change to improve and sustain safety, permanency and well-being outcomes for children through the oversight of the statewide Child Welfare workforce development and training system.
  • This position is responsible for exploring, installing and implementing a child welfare continuous quality improvement model (CQI) using implementation science to improve the safety, permanency and well-being outcomes for children.
