Job Summary
The Assignment Ready Counselor provides non-medical, short-term counseling and consultation to military service members and their families during surge and on-demand situations.
Counselors work closely with installation Points of Contact to ensure program delivery meets the needs of the military community and participate in health fairs and training activities.
This role requires flexibility to accept assignments on short notice, including weekends, and the ability to work in diverse military and school environments.

Key Requirements
Master’s Degree in mental health or social work
Current independent licensure as counselor, therapist, or social worker

US Citizenship required
Fluency in English
Experience with child and adolescent development for CYB roles
