Key Requirements
5+ years of progressive leadership experience in food and beverage operations
Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Culinary Management, or related field preferred
Experience managing large-scale catering, concessions, and event-based food and beverage operations
Experience with budget management, labor planning, and financial reporting
