Job Summary
As a year-round Cliff Lodge Front Desk Agent at Snowbird, you are responsible for providing excellent customer service throughout our guest’s stay by exceeding their expectations and performing all duties regarding the operation of the front desk.
You will assist guests with check-in and out, give general information about the resort, answer the telephone, make reservations, receive customer complaints, and find solutions, and demonstrate outstanding customer service.
