Assess nutritional needs, diet restrictions and current health plans to develop and implement dietary care plans and provide nutritional counseling as needed.
Monitor food services operations to ensure conformance to nutritional, safety, sanitation and quality standards, as well as state and federal regulations.

Key Requirements
Registered Dietitian or Bachelor Degree in Food and Nutrition
Eligible for RD Exam
One-year clinical healthcare experience or accredited internship
Registered Dietitian with Commission of Dietetic Registration
Licensed Dietitian in local state
Maintain continuing education and licensing
Good standing with Department of Public Health License and Certification Division
