This role acts as an effective liaison to CSL Business Partners by providing legal advice and support through the contracting lifecycle.
The successful candidate will independently draft, review, and negotiate a variety of standard agreements including Master Services Agreements and Data Processing Agreements.

Must-have
Bachelor's degree and Juris Doctor degree required
Bar admission in relevant region or permission to practice

Strong contracts drafting and negotiation skills
Experience with CLM platforms and AI tools
Nice-to-have
Biotech or pharmaceutical industry experience
Fluency in Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese
Experience with legal design and process improvement
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
