Job Summary

  • Achieve assigned Area/TBM wise sales target and support team to achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly target.
  • Conduct activities and programs as per division strategy, develop & mentor team for next level, and ensure areas stock availability of all products.
  • Monitor team performance, identify gaps, and help bridge the same, developing TBMs field effectiveness through monitoring effort parameters and execution of strategies.
