The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily care services in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must report all changes in resident conditions, accidents, incidents, and suspected violations of protected health information immediately to supervisors.
This on-call role requires proficiency in Microsoft Suite products and the ability to lift or move up to 25 pounds occasionally.
