Integer is seeking a Lean Enterprise Facilitator to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across its manufacturing facilities. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in lean methodologies and experience in coaching and facilitating workshops

Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this role is to assist manufacturing facilities in their pursuit of Manufacturing Excellence through the implementation of the Integer Production System.
  • Employees are immediately eligible to participate in a 401(k) plan with company matching contributions and receive 80 hours of company designated holidays per year.
