Skills & Requirements
Must-have
3+ months forklift operating experience
3+ months hand tool usage experience
Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
Experience with metal reclamation processes
Physical ability to stand and walk frequently
Nice-to-have
Ability to decipher various metals and plastics
Experience with power shears and balers
Creative critical thinking and troubleshooting skills
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Experience working independently and in teams
Key Requirements
US Person status required (Citizen/PR)
High school graduate or GED preferred
