  • The ED has full profit and loss responsibility, overseeing and directing day-to-day functions and maximizing operational efficiency while ensuring compliance with federal, state, local and licensing regulations, and Company policies and procedures.
  • This role ensures residents receive the highest quality of care and the staff is engaged and supported, while maintaining the community’s financial stability, and creating a safe and harmonious working and living environment.

Key Requirements

  • Current State/Federal administrator’s licenses/certifications
  • Minimum required years of management experience
  • At least 21 years of age
