Job Summary

  • This role will oversee the end to end from forecasting to actuals reporting for the BU and will partner with BU FD to drive the business goals and strategy of the segment and serve as the gatekeeper of BU’s financials.
  • The role will also work with the global corporate teams (Group Controller, Consolidation/Financial Planning, GPO, Tax, Treasury, etc) to drive overall finance strategy for Haleon.

Key Requirements

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant
  • 15+ years of experience in finance
  • Experience in Middle East & Africa markets
  • Managed financials worth 1 Billion pound
  • Experience in commercial market/forecasts
  • Operational experience in FP&A
  • Experience in transformation initiatives
  • People management and team leadership skills
  • Ability to influence key stakeholders
  • Experience in a matrix environment
