  • Performs complete executive administrative services in support of senior leadership in a medium to large-size facility, handling highly confidential information and files.
  • Responsible for managing office operations, coordinating administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning, including transport, cafeteria, shopfloor garments, cleaning, waste management, horticulture, pest control, and uniform distribution.
  • Key responsibilities include budget monitoring, asset counts, preparation and adherence of SOPs, Risk Assessments, leading IATF16949 & EHS Audits, and ensuring non-negotiables like Safety, Quality, Sustainability & Ethics & Compliances are never compromised.
