The Nurse Program Manager provides leadership in the design, implementation, and evaluation of radiation oncology research across the Mass General Brigham network.
This role serves as a primary liaison between network sites, the Longwood Radiation Oncology Center, and Dana-Farber Cancer Institute offices to ensure consistent program execution.
Candidates must possess complex expert knowledge of cancer disease processes, clinical research methodology, and federal regulatory requirements to supervise network research staff effectively.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Current Massachusetts RN licensure required
Two to five years Oncology experience
One year leadership experience required
Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice standards
Ability to travel to multiple locations weekly
Nice-to-have
Radiation oncology experience highly preferred
OCN certification preferred
Experience with RTOG or CALGB groups
Grantsmanship skills demonstrated
Strong cross-functional collaboration abilities
Key Requirements
MSN, MS, DNP, or PhD in Nursing required
BSN with Master's degree in related field accepted
3-5 years Leadership and management experience required
