Employees must maintain confidentiality of all resident care information and promptly report any suspected violations or unauthorized disclosures.
The role involves assisting residents with personal care, mobility, meals, and medical test preparations while ensuring a warm and positive atmosphere throughout the unit.

Assist residents with daily personal care
Use PCC for resident information
Report changes in resident condition
Maintain confidentiality of health information
Assist with resident mobility and transfers
Perform restorative and rehabilitative procedures

Key Requirements
High school education or equivalent
