The primary purpose of this position is to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise nursing assistants to maintain the highest quality of care in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Responsibilities include administrative duties, medication administration, personnel management, nursing care functions, staff development, safety and sanitation oversight, and equipment and supply management.
The role requires effective communication with residents, families, physicians, and other departments to ensure comprehensive care and adherence to policies and procedures.
