The role leads the Life & Health front-end technology solutions delivery function to drive operational efficiencies and deliver optimized technology solutions aligned with business goals.
This position manages multi-geography teams, oversees technology project lifecycles, and partners with stakeholders to standardize and modernize Life systems across FWD countries.

Key Requirements
