Must-have

  • 5+ years optical product qualification experience
  • 3+ years team leadership experience
  • Expert knowledge of Telcordia GR-468 standards
  • Strong working knowledge of TOSA ROSA transceivers
  • Experience with semiconductor optical device failure modes

Nice-to-have

  • Knowledge of heterogeneous integration and packaging
  • Familiarity with III-V devices like InGaAs and InP
  • Understanding of mechanical design and assembly processes
  • Experience with NPI processes and reliability modeling

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in EE/CS with 10+ years experience OR Master's/PhD with 5-10 years
  • Eligibility to access export-controlled information under US law
  • Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills
