Job Summary

  • Provide and manage internal and external legal resources for complex global transactions, including mergers & acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, minority investments, debt financings, collaboration agreements, and other complex corporate development and business development transactions.
  • Support the Medtronic Corporate Development and Ventures team, and Business Development function, and work with Medtronic’s operating units and regional businesses to timely and effectively structure, negotiate, advise, and complete the above-described transactions.
  • We're working a minimum of 4 days a week onsite as part of our commitment to fostering a culture of professional growth and cross-functional collaboration as we work together to engineer the extraordinary.

Salary
