Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Site supervision experience on building projects
  • Strict WHS and environmental compliance knowledge
  • Ability to interpret construction drawings and programs
  • Experience managing multiple work fronts and trades
  • Collaboration within structured project teams

Nice-to-have

  • Exposure to Defence or government projects
  • Trade background with Cert IV or Diploma qualification
  • Understanding of Tier 1 construction standards
  • Strong communication skills in secure environments

Key Requirements

  • Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency required
  • Eligibility to obtain Baseline Security Clearance
  • Proven experience as Site Supervisor on building/infrastructure projects
  • Trade background or construction qualification (Cert IV/Diploma)
