Job Summary
The Nuclear Performance Assessor is responsible for independently assessing the complete organization to identify problem areas where the station is not meeting targets for excellence.
This position requires an experienced senior nuclear manager with broad expertise to critically evaluate functional and cross-functional areas and provide direct feedback to senior station leaders.
The role involves generating reports for review at the highest levels of the organization, including the CNOO, CNO, and CEO, while maintaining external interfaces with INPO and the NRC.

Broad experience in nuclear power
Experience in three or more departments
Critical evaluation of functional areas
Ability to escalate issues effectively
Knowledge of industry excellence documents

Senior Reactor Operator License
Management Certification (SRO)
Strong communication skills

Experience with INPO and NRC interfaces
Key Requirements
