Skills & Requirements
Must-have
HVAC and refrigeration maintenance expertise
Electrical distribution system troubleshooting
Plumbing and piping repair skills
CMMS work order management experience
Valid state driver's license required
Nice-to-have
Experience with commercial supermarket refrigeration
Knowledge of building interior/exterior repairs
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Documented apprenticeship in trades
Ability to perform preventive maintenance inspections
Key Requirements
Minimum four years technical experience in building engineering
Universal CFC recovery certification or within 90 days
High school diploma or GED required
