Job Summary
This is a high-impact leadership role reporting directly to the Region Chief Counsel – North America, responsible for providing strategic legal guidance and hands-on support in all aspects of complex project delivery.
You will lead legal strategy and negotiations for high-stakes alternative delivery projects, including DB, PDB, DBFOM, PPP, IPD, and collaborative contracting models.

Key Requirements
Juris Doctor (JD) or Bachelor of Laws (LLB)
Active bar membership
Minimum 10 years legal experience
Minimum 5 years supporting alternative delivery methods
Experience with P3s, DBs, DBFOMs, joint ventures, concession arrangements
