Key Requirements
7+ years management experience
Pharma, Biotech, or Life Science sector experience
BA/BS in Engineering, Facility Management, Business, or related
Advanced proficiency in office software
Experience with CMMS (e.g., SAP, Maximo)
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated change management experience
