Job Summary

  • As the main responsible person for the entire Devices Engineering department, you will be a key pillar of the manufacturing leadership team and part of the overall Engineering leadership team at the Frankfurt Bio Campus.
  • In this demanding role, you are responsible for the strategic planning and operational execution of all measures to ensure the technical availability of production facilities and supporting infrastructure, adhering to GMP and HSE regulations.
  • You will lead a team of over 80 employees responsible for the assembly and packaging of Insulin Pens and Autoinjectors for biopharmaceutical drugs across more than 15 lines operating in continuous shift work.
